Rats included and i wouldnt allow my child to kill one of your rats its how you are looked at and talked down too your staff clearly need training on how to speak to people its not what you say its how you do it and how its coming across no customer service skills what so ever. I wouldnt come back here again if someone paid me 2million if its not appropriately addressed youll close down in time not a good rep is it really id be ashamed myself speaking to someone like that
